Welcome to the 2013 EC12 National Championship site. The Greensboro Model Yacht Club is excited to host this event at our Oak Hollow venue in High Point, NC. We are working hard to give you the best regatta we can. Past National Champion, Reichard Kahle, will be your race director and Class Secretary, Joe Walter, will be registrar for the event.

High Point is known as the “Furniture Capital of the World” but there are plenty of things to do here besides shop for new furniture. We have our share of wonderful parks, a great museum, theater arts, and local wineries that offer tours.

The weather in early November is usually mild with daytime temps in the low 60s and evening temps in the high 40s. The wind is typically breezy this time of year and the colors of the leaves will amaze you.
